They change the logo on the Alpha to capitalize on customers who like the watch, but don't want a blatant/illegal fake. The most complimented watch I own.

They are the same quality of any other auto you would buy for $100 in terms of build and reliability, they just happen to look like a rolex or omega watch.

My theory is that these come from the same exact factories and production lines as the low grade fakes.
