At that time I wrote numerous letters, called repeatedly because travel bans were being implemented. My wife researched and found a resort she felt was perfect but when she contacted Audley was informed they did not deal with this resort and directed us to what the agent said was the best of the best. On November 12th 2021 we got word that ******* was back open and we would be able to fly out of ******* to ********. I have followed up directly by email outlining the next steps.

No funds had been paid out by Audley because the trip had not yet been paid in full and most of the hotels, venues and restaurants in the cities abroad were already closing or closed.
