apple pie cinnamon roll with a t

An apple pie cinnamon roll with a touch of cognac. I am new to the fragrance world and today I tried this one. I would say best boozy fragrance ever, but I like baraonda very slightly more. If this were better blended it would be hit. Received this as a gift for my 11th anniversary where me and the wifey experienced the bourbon trail last year. It has some mild woody undertones. After that is my issue, on my skin and my clothing it becomes overwhelmingly cinnamon. Which is off putting to say the least. Very very gourmand - almost edible. For 14.00 you can own 12ml of the concentrated dupe oil that smells very close and actually lasts quite a bit longer on your skin. A few weeks later I actually think it's quite nice. Its flat out ridiculous how good this is. They smell almost identical, but Boucheron is smoother, more grown up, and less apple pie-like. This fragrance is such a gorgeous experience. I received this product complimentary for testing and review purposes from Kilian and Influenster. It took a good few minutes to settle on my skin and start displaying it's character. Nothing wrong with the smell of cinnamon but it takes over and loses the magic of the beginning. While I can see myself wearing this more often in cooler weather and at night because it is so cozy, I fell in love with this perfume on a hot summer afternoon. It was a little heady, to be honest. Boozy, cinnamon-y apple pie. Near the end it turns slightly amaretto (basing that off memory) and the alcohol comes back, its gorgeous like when its freshly applied. Upon first sniff my immediate thought was Apfelstrudel. If your a tonka fan this is a very good tonka forward scent. i've gotten compliments on this one, because seriously who the fuck is going to wear a fragrance that smells like apple pie and cinnamon, at least the average person?? Apple compote? Yeah this smells like apple or pear pie and I'm buying it because it's dreamy and delicious and I'm absolutely in love. I enjoy this type of fragrance because it is strong but does not trigger a migraine and it adjusts to my skin. 7/10. Didn't like it at first but it has been growing on me. Love it, can't justify the price for the size. I get the apple pie references but I dont smell so much apple. What spoils it all for me is the super aggro cognac top note. it might be a litle holiday candle / bath and body works ginger sugar candle but at the end of the day it's a really comforting, gorgeous fragrance. The cognac and praline mixture is reminiscent of gingerbread and chai. I stop smelling it at around 3-4 hours but think its just my nose got used to it seen as it lasts for days on my clothing and Ill suddenly get a whiff of it 5-6 hours later. Im happy to have added this to my collection as I dont personally own anything that smells like it. This smells like the world's fanciest apple pie. The scent is warm but not over powering with cognac, oak, cinnamon and tonka bean. No cognac, praline or vanilla for me. Okay I know this might be weird but this smells veery similar to Boum sweet lollipop from Jeanne Arthes which is extremely cheap. It's not bad at all, but I don t think it worth the money. I don't know. none of that is to say that this stuff isn't great for winter/fall. I spent 45 minutes in Sephora just smelling this and deciding whether or not I should splurge on it. Like, a really nice Chinese char siu, fresh from the BBQ shop, and it is dripping in that sweet glaze. Angels share opens with heavy cognac and very dry cinnamon. Angels' Share smells like straight up apple pie filling to my nose. I contemplated purchasing a full bottle for the longest time but in the end I went with PDM Oajan. On my skin on initial spray this smells like a super sweet delicious juicy apple pie however on the dry down all of that sweetness goes away and I'm left with a smoky woody cinnamon scent which pulls a little too masculine for my taste. unfortunately i dont smell the apple, cinnamon or vanilla people are talking about. So ladies don't buy too many scents if your closer to your 40's because you will start changing hormones fast. The warm, boozy opening is beautiful but the dry down is sickly sweet and Im getting the whiff of mint toothpaste that others have mentioned. For gourmand lovers. Absolutely heavenly smell. This is the perfect Christmas gourmand! I was so excited to get to sample this product and it did not disappoint. not sure why cinnamon needed to play such a starring role in this scent but maybe that gives it the longevity? You can sense them as well as smell them. I normally get fruity or flowery scents for perfume and this one seemed a little masculine and woodsy. From feeling i've got slapped at my face the 1st time i sprayed it to "hmm, i actually like it" in the same day at 2nd spray, it's an evolution..who knows. A few weeks ago I was fortunate enough to get a sample of both Angel's Share and Roses on Ice. One of Kilian's best fragrances, in my opinion. I'd drink something that smells this amazing but wouldn't wear it as a perfume. This perfume is decadent and soothing. It's not very complex, nor does it remind me of booze in anyway. Id smelled it on my mom a few days before and had to have my own. So Christmassy and pleasant. Angels Share is heavenly. I really can't imagine any gourmand lover disliking this. GF wanted this so I obliged and this is a big regret. Just purchased today from Sephora & as soon as I sprayed it on my wrist, my eyes opened wide asf. This is just stunning! First one I was at state and liberty picking up a suit and the female who was helping me said I smell amazing and I told her what the fragrance was and she looked it up and ordered it right there on the spot. This the cognac chocolate I hated eating as a kid but absolutely love smelling now. I am not used to this type of perfume. The performance of the perfume is amazing, it lasted on me for a whole day (which it should since the price is incredibly expensive) but it's not too strong that it chokes people out and I've also received complements on this one quite a few time. I am wearing Angels Share by Killian today to work, and omg!!!! This captures the best elements of both, lasts all day and isnt too overpowering. Performance wise its good. It gives everything you want it to give from the notes listed, without becoming cloyingly sweet, overly boozy, or headache inducing. Just for that its going to be in my top 5 for life. Highly complimented. A little sweet maybe but the lack of super sweetness combined with the other notes I mentioned reminded me oddly of vanilla protein powder. This was definitely one of thems that made me grasp. This is such a finely crafted nearly gourmand experience.

I love everything about the opening. My SIL who hates strong powerful perfumes and sticks to lighter, airier dainty ones, happened to love this. This smells like a straight up apple pie idk where the apple is coming from but shes tossed in sugar and cinnamon with some vanilla extract!! All of my gourmand lovers report here!! What a beautiful gourmand scent. This is really nice for crisp fall or snowy winter days/evenings. Wow, strong apple booze with cinnamon. Almost a Bath and Body Works creation; apple and cinnamon candy, with a prominent cognac note to delineate some maturity. Weirdly reminds me of the Ikea checkout area lol, the smell of wood furniture blending with the aroma of warm cinnamon buns. 200 for 100% apple pie smell. Sophisticated deliciousness in its most complex form. I was hesitant to try it because I don't like dark liquor in my cocktails or in my perfume, but here the booziness is so subtle and blends in beautifully with the other notes. I just couldn't unsmell it. Its just heavenly.

Normaly I wear fruity floral. And Oajan is cheaper on top of that. Then I sprayed it on my body and went to work. Since my purchase of Angels' Share, wearing this has been quite the experience. I find PDM Oajan much more interesting.

I could smell it on his sweater when I had to give him a hug as a child. A good one, that is. When I first opened it up and smelled it, I was a bit disappointed. Cinnamon-spiced vanillin praline and toasty woods, makes total logical sense to pair and smells as delectable as you'd expect if you're a warm sweets lover. Masterpiece. This scent is nice but it's great for a man and if your a woman in your fertility you may like this because your nose is attracted to masculine because your fertilebut once menopause starts .your Nose will do a 360 on your entire likes of perfume. I was expecting to smell something sophisticated, warm, as close to natural as possible but this this is basically any random yankee candle. I LOVE this fragrance.

Im so getting a bottle of this. I think apple pie smells a lot different than this lol. 10/10 and ive sampled a few hundred fragrances and only love 4 or 5. TO MY NOSE, this smells like the love child of Ambre Narguile and Gucci Pour Homme II. Its perfect for fall and winter. Is Angels' Share in the family of the other Angels? If someone gave me a decant as a gift I wouldn't turn it down though, haha. Price point would be sexier at like $120 given the size but sometimes you have to pay for quality. Umema: The Perfume That'll Never Be Smelled, Carner Barcelona - the Summer Journey Collection, Jean Paul Gaultier Scandal Pour Homme Le Parfum, WPC: Interview With Alexandre Illan, Perfumer of the Rammstein Line and More, Marc Jacobs Daisy Ever So Fresh Eau de Parfum. I was hoping for a more complex, sensual.and misterious scent. The cognac isn't too boozy but lends a fruity amber quality, which I think is maybe where people are getting apple from. I've never wore this out and not received at least 1 compliment. The dry down is a nice tonka bean almost too much and tobacco maybe sandalwood. Sweet, Boozy and smell amazing, and it is a beast mode fragrance, but I think its way overpriced, 220 USD for 50ml. Mmm, Delicious gourmand, it isn't too boozy at all and this is coming from someone who isn't a big fan of boozy fragrances. Reminds me of the scenes from Harry Potter where he, Ron, and Hermione visit Hogsmeade in the winter to drink butterbeers and firewhisky at The Three Broomsticks.

Received 3 unsolicited compliments. I could not stop smelling my right hand. Cognac, vanilla, cinnamon, & tonka bean!

Boozy, woody, delicious. He was wearing a mask and was across the counter from me. Its not paradise on earth. Ive got a great recipe for a poor mans Angels Share.. its Cremo Spice and Black Vanilla topped off with Zaras Tobacco Rich Warm Addictive. There's some apple and a faint hint of praline but otherwise it feels overwhelmed the other notes. Woody cinnamon vs sawdust in biting cold. This smells like a sexy cinnamon roll. In the opening, I'm met with a sweet and boozy blend of Cinnamon & Praline, and I immediately get the apple pie reference many people made when describing this scent.

The whole "apple pie" aspect of the scent is the combo of Tonka ( cumarin) and cinnamon. I'm kicking myself for not getting a full bottle for memories sake but I'm trying to be more patient before jumping the gun on full bottles. It is such a beautiful yummy fragrance. Oddly enough, the combination of cognac, tonka and wood makes this smell very apple pie-like without being gourmand. I cannot stop smelling my arm. Angels' Share smells absolutely lovely. The cinnamon comes in to spice things up and then later on the oak and sandalwood arrive for a woody addition. This is not a vanilla fragrance.

While it does not smell like BR540 or Burberry Her, it reminds me of them, all three seem to be multidimensional, like layers float and dance above your skin. In fact, I could only smell it after I read it and really focused on trying to smell it - do with that what you will. It goes with my chemistry so well. Corporate you know what. Cinnamon comes out sharp in the opening and lingers. The only people that should be impressed by it are the ones that go for the Glade plug ins during the holidays. Kilians Angels Share is a warm, long lasting scent. its actually very blended and I honestly couldn't pick up individual notes. The initial spray is very boozy and sweet. It's great. Im serious. Hoping some time will let it smooth out but that cheap alcohol note really ruins in the composition. Its definitely a unisex fragrance, but just emits luxury and quality with how its blended. I dont get too much of the tonka bean, all the other notes are blended so well it can be hard to point out if Im smelling sandalwood or oak lol. Great fragrance! This one is right in my sweet spot for a fall/winter scent. Beautifully done! There are some nuances that reminded me of invite only but in no way are these the same. it's so fucking beautiful. Love days like this when your scent is on fire getting compliments left and right. I told him what it was and asked if I had too much on and he said not at all. Do you want to smell like the most delicious cinnamon cookie ever? Also smells very refined or blended well. Nuff said. Christmas in a bottle, if you can imagine what Christmas would smell like without a tree. Would have loved to smell more of the cognac and tonka. Although I really do enjoy this perfume, I would not spend that much cash on the full bottle. I normally don't like boozy notes at all, but this is a really well-blended mix with the sweetness and warm spices accompanying it. Its a very sweet smooth boozy apple pie. Thankfully, I got a 30 decant of 10 ml. I can see why a lot of people love this. Whereas Angels share is cozier and has prominent cognac/oak notes. Not exactly my cup of tea, but I can appreciate it for what it is. This to me is the perfect autumn scent. | | Nederlands | Srpski | Romn | | | | |, Copyrights 2006-2022 Fragrantica.com perfumes magazine - All Rights Reserved - do not copy anything without prior written permission. Sweet and very gourmand.

So this fragrance definitely holds a special place in my heart and memories. Praline, cinnamon and vanilla add a warm and seductive vibe to this. Angels Share is absolutely beautiful and long lasting. It smells like a fresh cinnamon stick, its so insanely natural and accurate. Opens up with a blast of cognac and cinnamon/praline. Im here to advice you: dont blind buy it, this does NOT smell like apple pie. The result is slightly nauseating. It's nice, but in my opinion not nice enough to warrant the reaction it's gotten. I reached a milestone yesterday and immediately went to Sephora to purchase this.

Super sexy and intoxicating (think femme fatale) - I'm obsessed! I can smell cognac, apple, vanilla and cinnamon. Also, if youre a fan of Chanels Coco Mademoiselle, I highly recommend you try this out! This would make a really good winter scent. If this didnt have that part I could easily wear this fragrance everyday. Something about this perfume just smells stale and musty to me. Perfect for boozy and sweet lovers. Definitely a fall/winter scent. A warm fragrance, so nice for fall and Christmas season. Great great great. Warm apple pie, straight from the oven. vibe in the mid. I just recieved a sample of this, sprayed, said f#ck yeah and ordered a full bottle. I was honestly expecting to dislike this because Im not a fan of apple in fragrances. I understand where the apple pie comparisons are coming from (cinnamon note) but it definitely wasn't my first thought. The cinnamon and cognac are the most prominent notes on my skin though. doesnt smell sweet either, Smells like a sweet sexy dessert to me lol, First time when I tried it- I kinda liked it. Why would any perfumer waste away the opportunity to create a luxurious cognac-themed fragrance and instead opt for a 5 brioche theme is beyond me. This is a wearable gourmand that isn't too gourmand it that make sense? For those that love it, I suspect it will be one of those "can't stop smelling myself" types of fragrances.

This is probably their masterpiece. (I do spray lightly and on my wrists/lower shirt rather than my neck area but if you tend to over spray this might end up being too heavy) If you don't like cinnamon, this is definitely not for you. Gourmand and delicious but more 2 dimensional than the fabulous and decadent BR540. If the notes sound appealing, absolutely give this one a try. It doesnt last but each bottle wont cost you more than 20 bucks so you can afford to spritz continuously both bottles are over 3 ounces.. the combo is spicy, boozy and sweet. Blind bought a half bottle and will sell. I wish I found it a little bit earlier so I could wear it throughout the Winter, especially Christmassy time. I love it SO much! I had received a few compliments but nothing like today. If I had to only wear one thing for the rest of my life this would be it. Ultimately not for me, but might be a great pick for someone who really loves their Henny. this literally smells like clean reserves radiant nectar. This is a must buy. Doesnt project as much as I thought but lasts a while. This is a cooler weather scent to me but I cannot stop spraying it right now. When I first received the product I was immediately impressed with the high quality packaging. Be careful taking it out of the box, I didn't realize the lid was on the bottom of the box and I dropped my bottle and broke the bottom, So surprised to see many people loving it. When its first on its stunning. This food is usually consumed as a Chinese snack. It perhaps does smell like apple pie as well, but once u have eaten haw Flakes before, there's no going back not associating with that fruit/snack. Smells like an apple pie with cognac but then the scent begins to warm up. This reminds me of lopis Medan or klepon, minus pandan. I liked it when I sprayed it on, but it's way fruitier, fresher sweet than I expected. Unisex. IOA23 is much darker, less sweeter and tobacco. Most of this fragrance is totally fine and probably palatable to most people. It's delicious, alluring, and youthful while still mature. It wears beautifully throughout the day and is lovely from minute five right through hour 12. Interesting to see reviews pick up apple from this, maybe there is something similar to apple pie/baked apple, but I think it's more of a "baked" desert in general to my nose. Boozy apple pie. Tart, sweet, cinnamon heaven and I'm drooling. Its longevity is incredible, youll smell edible throughout the whole day without the need to reapply while the praline, a hint of vanilla and that big dose of tonka bean envelope your senses. In the dry down I get a really solid boozy gourmand scent. This is going to be such a good fragrance when the weather gets colder, its so warm and cozy. Dont get me wrong, I love the smell of Christmas desserts (think chocolate brownies infused with anise alcohol) and some nice cognac coming out of the kitchen but Im not sure I would like to smell like that. Like, fresh, tart apples dripping with syrup and cinnamon, something alcoholic baked into the filling, eaten by a warm crackling fire. I personally ranked this one as okay because it smells EXACTLY like cinnamon applesauce to me. Finally got to test this. Like @etmpewo mentions, there is a bit of a cigar smoke scent, but I think it matures the apple pie's naivety into a rounded out cozy, boozy scent. It's the 1st day i have it. I sampled it with a few others and it was completely overpowering and the dominant scent. There's something bright, almost floral that uplifts it from being too foody or too boozy, and the wood notes come out more as it dries down. Angels Share to me is like a bad boyfriend - you know hes no good for you but you cant enough and still want more and more until youre sick of it! Got this for my girlfriend after sampling it myself. This sounds like i need to get my hands on it expeditiously *TI voice*. This is a huge love from me - one I will always be proud to display in my collection, Smells to me like the leftover bark after you've sucked on a cinnamon stick for too long. The booze somehow freshens it up but that fades after a while. The scent has a sweet vanilla aspect that I really enjoy. This legit will make someone want to grind their nose on you. Not quite the same, but it has a very similar vibe and slightly better performance on my skin.

It's PdM Oajan through and through. The burnt caramel is far easier to deal with than the dentist office smell, thankfully.). This is such a boozy sweet scent that works extremely well for fall, especially for outdoor activities like apple picking. It's warm, cinnamony, creamy, nutty, spicy and inviting. I am looking for a warm, spicy, sexy fragrance and thought the notes looked interesting. It's nice for a living room but on yourself???? If Cozy was bottle up it would be this better than your favorite pair of leggings & hoodie, more cozy than a down comforter on a snow day. I cant believe this keeps beating other incredible fragrances on Fragranticas voting. I get completely no boozy notes - this is a sweet af cozy mouthwatering praline cinnamon vanilla bomb. This scent is very beautiful. This is delicious, you will want to smell yourself. When I returned home, I sprayed my right hand with Angel's Share and my left with Roses on Ice. Its strong, with staying power but not overwhelming or overpowering. Angels' Share is definitely a statement fragrance. I ve got 10 ml decant of each to check if I can get away with the cheaper option. *I'm Someone who has been in menopause for 1 yr now so far . I truly enjoy this one, finally tried it after hearing all of the hype. To my nose, and on my skin.this is Herod by Parfums de Marley. The dry down renders this sweet cinnamon, almost apple leaning scent. Instant love. But Angel's Share took me by surprise. Damn you, Kilian, for robbing me. Luckily it was wintertime and the fragrance just enveloped my body and my senses like a blanket covered candied apples and brandy. Overrated and not worth the price they're asking, I'd rather reach for something like Carlisle, Herod or Side Effect. Alot of women don't realize when you start going into hormone changes like in menopause your entire perfume likes and wardrobe of scents will definitely change because your no longer fertile. Win/win. The final compliment I was walking into the store and a guy walking behind me said What are you wearing Prada? Really really one of the best perfume I have i like the cognac note is very sweet best note i ever Her smell. This one is giving what it was supposed to give. Great winter scent. But its a playful airy cognac, not a difficult one. Overall, I was surprised by it's inoffensive nature. On the one hand, I love the cinnamon note and it really does make you feel and smell like a freshly baked apple pie, however, I find the cognac in this a little off putting. I have this on my right wrist and Ambre D"Alexandrie on left. if you like warm gourmand perfumes then Angels Share Is for you. You can be sure its a lot likable, a very quality scent.

It's the perfect scent for fall and winter. Definitely unisex, this would smell amazing on any gender, WOW. i'm 23 and my family said i smelled like an old lady wearing this. I thought this was going to be warm sweet instead of fresh sweet. The Vanilla accompanies this composition about an hour or so into wear, amplifying the deliciousness of this fragrance. If you have Ellis Brooklyn Sweet, it's very similar to that but with added cinnamon and a fruit that resembles apple or pear. I luckily decided on a decant instead. The scent is slightly sweet and warm while also being deep and woodsy. The scent itself is really nice, and I may still eventually get a bottle if I find a decent deal. It is rich and luxurious but also uplifting. I get spicy, boozy, and sweet. It greets me with warmth and spice from the cinnamon and cognac, then it gives a bit of that apple pie goodness with sweet vanilla, and finishes off with a note of sandalwood. So stunnin! I can see this being worn on a night out as it's a scent to stick in your nose and to be remembered the night after. Cognac up top, Cinnamon at the heart and a gorgeous Praline shines at the base when it dries down. Dont spray too much or youll smell like a walking cinnamon stick though.

This is definitely a gourmand. I use this around the holidays and its always getting compliments.

Strong cinnamon that combined with a cheap brandy/cognac makes it feel synthetic and cheap. A lot of sticky sweet vanilla, sticky sweet cinnamon, and all this in a hazelnut nougat milk chocolate praline.

Image that their table is right in front of the fireplace, radiating dry warmth. Way too much cinnamon, immediately cheapens the rest. Cinnamon B.O. (Side note, this burnt caramel is like a milder version of the dentist office smell that I smell in BR540 and Burberry Her. I can see someone owning and enjoying both. if you're into that, go for it. Anyone interested in swap or sell get in touch. Beautiful bottle, super cheap cap that wont even close. Delicious without smelling straight up like a food or drink. Dry cinnamon. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a great date night fragrance. Like a apple soaked in cognac. Maybe I should have over sprayed, but didn't want to be rude at the counter drenching myself, although it may benefit from that kind of application. I'm not sure this is FBW and I would like to play around with a smaller size of it. I don't get dried fruit/grapes/raisin for the cognac at all, only apples. After smelling that one this one is kinda lackluster. i have 2 more of his fragrances to try, good girl and intoxicated, hope they are as yummy as this one! Mott's cinnamon applesauce.. thats it thats the review. Didn't make it to the dry down or apply on my skin so I can't give a fair assessment other than it didn't smell synthetic to my nose. Its just heavenly. Warm and intoxicating booze. It reminds me of a fancy decanter made of cut crystal. What a day with this fragrance today! It's a tart, cinnamon fragrance. You can smell the hint of Cognac initially but the lingering scent of cinnamon and vanilla is what makes this scent a hit for me. I love the way this smells on my skin. The presentation is really nice too, the bottle is joy to look at.

I would not call this angelic (not sure if that is the concept), but I really like the attractive scent. It blends so well with the skin (without being a skin scent) like no other perfume i've tried. This is Bentley for Men Intense if he had 10 million dollars more in his bank account. Think of it as a fragrance mist version of AS. First gourmand and Killian perfume that I own and I absolutely love it. :). This is the best cognac scent out there! I know some people hate the amount that you get for the somewhat high price tag but believe me its so worth it. The opening of Angel's Share really does remind me of apple pie filling. The booziness appears after and it is subtle. Im so grateful that I received this Kilian perfume complimentary from Influenster to review! Don't blind buy this hoping it will just be vanilla. Lasts forever as usual with Kilians.

It's not overwhelmingly sweet (nothing like Love Don't Be Shy), but it's definitely foody and gourmand. This is nostalgia in a bottle. Also, a great base scent to layer over. Something ambery like tonka in there too. I still like it, but not as much as I thought I did. Opens up with warm apples, covered with caramelized brown sugar, and lots and lots of cinnamon. It's addictive-- super sweet but with enough depth to not make it sickening. @hollymichaelm it must be a skin chemistry things as I get this with a few of Kilians Scents, Have you tried Black Phantom or Back to Black, they both do this on my skin which was why I have been hesistant to Blind buy Large Bottles of Kilian before trying. Kinda reminds me of a mash up of Armani Stronger with You and Boss Bottled Intense but amped up to cloying levels. The cognac note is distinct in the beginning but it fades. Starts off strong on the cognac but little by little, the magic happens. And it also lasts hours on my skin. I must admit this scent really grew on me over time. This one was really weird. 2021 batch (purchased direct from By Kilian) - owned and worn since October, 2021. I'm usually always disappointed by social media hyped fragrances, but this one here is worth all the rave reviews.

The scent trails for this are so.. Ive worn this regularly, clearly am willing to put up with it. I'm obsessed with praline/chocolate, vanilla, & rum lately. And open fires? I get the hype. Try before you buy!
