Great customer service, fast and efficient! Maximize play time by keeping the ball on the court and out of the flower beds with the Goalrilla Yard Guard. The delivery team was there on time and was professional. She walked me thru the process and was very knowledgeable about each and every hot tub .She compared them for me and had me sit in them to "get a real fit' .That helped me decide.Jackie was patient and professional. We could not have been happier with our experience of getting our hot tub through Recreation Unlimited! Showed up on the scheduled date and knocked out installation for both products on time and without leaving a big mess behind. And to see that they we genuinely just as excited to see how happy it made our kids during this super stressful and hard time we are living in (COVID19) made my heart melt. Other than the presence of a new hoop, you never would have known they were there. The shed shouldlast for many years to come.

The folks who came out and installed the goals were courteous and professional and they stayed on the planned schedule. Helpful & Friendly Staff and High Quality Products. Angela worked with me to figure out what basketball goal would best meet our needs and explained the differences between each goal. The installers arrived on the day Cierra told me they would arrive. Seems like that could have been flushed on during the initial phone call. The guys who came out were very professional and quick.

Our builder explained that due to the fact that our boards are clipped in like tongue and groove flooring, it would require a two man crew two full working days to remove every board until they reached the damaged board. A couple of phone calls to ensure it was what we were interested in and we were ready to buy. Installation was scheduled through text messages which I love! The guys did a great job removing and replacing the fence and installing it. Very professional. We purchased a pergola at Recreation Unlimited in June of 2019. He did an excellent and clean job installing the basketball hoop post anchors. Placing the cartridge in the standpipe can reduce the flow. They were patient and were with me every step of the way while making our decision on a Trampoline and Goalsetter Basketball Hoop. Bought a basketball goal from RU. Very nice sales staff. Recreation Unlimited did an amazing job building our shed. Compatible with the FreshWater III ozone system, ACE Salt Water System, and FreshWater Salt. Linzi responded to my email within hours of my inquiry and we got my order placed over the phone the same day. They were flexible on delivery and put it right in place. Again, everything was great from start to finish. I received no satisfaction for a faulty product that was put together and after first use cracked. We LOVE our new shed! Even during Covid, they were always responsive and set proper expectations. They have a wide variety of tubs to choose from for all price points and needs. There are no questions yet. Loved their service! *Requires a small maintenance does of non-chlorine oxidizer MPS (potassium peroxymonosulfate) and an EPA registered dichlor (Sodium-dichlor-s-triazine-trone) for initial and routine superoxidation and shock treatment. We love our playset! No kids under 18 What the freak?? Great company, and I never stepped in the store. We purchased a 10x12 shed over this past summer. There were repeated delays, and we finally got the pergola constructed in September. After some consideration, I responded with what I believed was a reasonable offer: a signed statement from me, my wife, and our contractor (who represents a multi-million dollar company) stating that the gouges were not present prior to Theo's arrival. My dad is extremely particular when it comes to construction as he usually does the work himself. All of the staff that I came in contact with, sales,set up and installation made this an easy purchase.I selected the Seychelles with the fresh water salt system and so far, it's great. I worked with Linzi Jones and Alicia Schilke (The GM) and they are incompetent liars. We had our kids with us each time we visited and she was extremely patient with us since our kids love running around and being kids. It is designed to be used inside of the grey spa filter stand pipe with the handle up. Great job guys and if we move we will be taking this goal with us. At my request, this issue was escalated to the owner, Carey Riley, who stated that I needed to prove that Theo damaged my deck otherwise her decision was final. The folks from RU kept us informed every step of the way. Do not save the cartridge for re-use. I wish I could give them 10 stars.
