I then tried calling them, couldnt get anyone. In addition, the groomsmen had matching velvet terracotta bowties, and it was picture-perfect for our wedding! The customer service is absolutely amazing and helped me deal with a stressful situation so that it wasnt stressful at all!! I see they say they care about customer service, but to have a situation like this happen where months go by without telling someone you have canceled their order and not refunded them until they reach out is extremely unprofessional and will not be using you for my own wedding. is seemed like the perfect resolution. I've worked customer service and e-commerce support for many years. It makes no sense. I ordered try-at home dresses for all my bridesmaids and had a home try-on party. Revelry was founded in 2008 as a boutique for sorority recruitment clothing. I was not disappointed! Most girls ordered 2 sizes for the try on to dial in their personal size and then ordered their dresses. I had seen Revelry on my radar for a while and knew this was perfect for my group of 9 bridesmaids. I mean, this is for a WEDDING. It costs money to try each dress on, which doesnt go towards a dress if you decide to purchase. So grateful for RACHEL for going above and beyond to come up with a game plan to ensure that my soon to Ive been a bridesmaid in 6 weddings and this company takes number one for absolute worst. We had girls from 25 - 65 all sporting the velvet and their were STUNNING! You can get better dresses elsewhere for way less expensive, with better customer support. the seeamstress told me she cannot even fix it. I also got all the groomsmen black velvet bow ties to match the dresses and they looked so sleek! - Things generally took a long time to get to us and/or to get back to us. I immediatly called the headquarters to inquire about getting the correct dress sent, and they informed me that there was not enough time to send me another dress before the wedding, eventhough it was again NOT the dress I ordered or ever tried on for that matter.

This is the second time I am ordering from Revelry. I was so happy with my Revelry dresses for my bridesmaids. I also wanted to get my bridesmaids each a gift card for their proposal box to put towards their dresses, but Revelry only does e-gift cards. After further confirming dates they said they would be able to get me a new dress a week before the wedding and if not they would contact me and offer a 50% refund. All of my girls are different shapes and sizes and all were able to find a dress that fit them well.

When I stumbled upon their shop I knew their color and style options were what I wanted for my boho-modern wedding. They still couldnt tell me that info. They were completely unsympathetic and rude. I loved that revelry of Hi Chandra, Finding a great quality velvet dress without an astronomical price tag is hard to do, and these dresses were just the ticket for my best girls to wear BEWARE - absolutely no customer service. Since their selection is big it's overwhelming to shop the site. I told her I ordered the dress from the company with the intention that I would receive the dress without any damages and how ridiculous it was that is all they could offer. It is literally the peak of one of the busiest wedding seasons (ever) and the issue was entirely not their fault. This company has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. t styles for them to choose from. The dresses are $200 each. I've already spent $120 on just the try on dresses for Revelry. To say they were swamped would have been a totally acceptable response, especially from a relatively small business such as theirs. When you get the Revelry is absolutely amazing - from their dresses down to their customer service! $200 wasted. All because of a company that seemingly refuses to take their time to simply switch two dresses to help a customer who didnt have the option when they ordered their dress and doesnt have another couple hundred dollars for a new one. I had such a traumatizing experience as a bridesmaid with them. All of my girls looks absolutely stunning and I felt very confident and comfortable in their dresses. Subsequently, one of my girls found out that she was pregnant with twins (yay!!). So hyped. my straps was fully sewn on backwards, one of them came with a stain on the dress and the other one had a bunch of small, scratch like tears in the ruching of the bust. I ended up choosing the velvet dresses in Cla Oh my goodness, I cannot say enough amazing things about this company, I did the try at home deal being in an upcoming wedding. When I contacted revelry about it they said that because it was after 30 days and because I made "alterations" that they could not return it.

They claim that they can not take away from their website/ready to wear inventory for a custom made dress that is already in production. They told me to just email the gift cards to myself to print out, but when I asked if I could see an example of what it would look like they couldn't provide one. For our Home Try-On program, the $10 per dress cost goes to the cost of care and laundry for our dresses. My bridesmaids ranged in sizes and we picked dresses that they would be most comfortable in! I sent them a photo that these were still boxed and in bags and clearly had not been used. The at home try on gave me a chance to have a little party with all my girls and let them decide on what they wanted together rather then only two at a time in stores during Couldn't find the right mother of the groom dress anywhere.
