This adapter is inserted into the hose port on the pool and the clamp on the outside (over the hose) keeps it in place.

This is a replacement adapter for an Intex Vacuum. Intex 32mm Outlet Adapter back from Filter and 40mm Hose Pool Skimmer to Outlet Adapter Both are pulled through the rubber in the pool wall and fixed with the hose from outside. We were trying to use the pool skimmer on heavy objects and broke the original. (you have to take out the skimmer basket - on the bottom of the skimmer there is a bayonet catch), Intex Pool Skimmer Adapter for Coleman Pool. It is made for the Intex pool vacuum cleaner and the Intex skimmer. Coleman pools, unfortunately, do not. The adapter that swivels and connects the pole to the vacuum head broke, and instead of ordering a whole new assembly, I decided to create my own part for replacement. If you have a cheaper Intex pool it's a pain in the a$$ to hook up a vacuum to it with the included 1000 pump. My wife asked if I could make one. If the Hose Adapter does not fit exactly Replaces the adapter/connector for a standard pool skimmer. You need to pull the intake line off the pump which causes water to go everywhere if you have the pump below the water level or takes two Intex Pool Vacuum Pole Adapter - Replacement. I realized an adapter to be able to connect my vacuum cleaner in 32mm to the intake of my swimming pool. Accidently bought the Intex pool skimmer which fits only intex pools AFAIK so rather than send it back I've designed this to act as coupler to fit my SummerWaves 12ft pool (UK).
I added the openscad file. Pool vacuum with adapters for Intex Easy Set (in my case 3.66m). The 3mf is included with print settings that worked for me, and fusion 360 Intex 32mm and 40mm Hose Pool Skimmer to Outlet Adapter. The model turned out Summer Waves Pool SFS Skimmer Adapter to Intex 1.5". This particular model is designed for use with Intex pools that have a through-the-wall, screw type pump port. The idea is to drop this inside your skimmer and connect a vacuum hose to this to vacuum your pool. I designed this to be MUCH stronger than the original.
