when we opened it, the refrigerator had 2 small dents on its face. there is a small gap at the front bottom of the crisper drawers that allow liquid and small particles to pass into that can't be reached with any type of cleaning utensil! only complaint is that the top left shelf inside the dispenser side door doesn't have a notch on the right to keep it from falling to one side. here are the issues: the door shelves that wrap around the ice maker are virtually useless. i purchased this counter depth which was little expensive than previous, but totally worth paying $200 extra. For certain French Door Refrigerator units purchased between 10/1/20 and 9/30/21. It is very quite and the smaller size has plenty of room. It's simple and inexpensive to purchase extended warranties and one of the smartest ways to protect your investment.
