I would not recomend this hotel to anyone "unless you don't mind a dog standing on the table next to you whilst you are eating ", there is also an issue with fire safety fire shutters that have been fitted on the front of the lifts seem to be secured by wire's so they will not close in the event of fire We now come to the swimming pool drunks in a pool you will always get but glasses scaterd around the pool side's is not acceptable anywhere, if you are unsure of my post please look on the hotel's own Facebook page. The room wasnt in too bad a state of decoration and we were quite happy to call this home for the next seven days. Excellent hotel and staff who would go out of their way to help and look after you. ( time of year ) though the one in the basement next to the gym is heated. Excellent value for money. Good variety of tasty food. I would certainly go back! Very friendly hotel. Food always hot for our party. The resort has a laid back atmosphere and offers a good selection of shops, bars and restaurants. If you do receive an ATOL certificate but all of the parts of your trip are not listed on it, those parts will not be ATOL protected. The room service was excellent as were the dining staff. The 2 downfalls of this hotel is location and the mealtimes service. Reception and all staff very helpful. We loved the piano playing in the dining room on certain nights. The rooms are not sound-proofed. I certainly wouldn't stay here again whilst this regime exists.

The staff in Soreda hotel were very welcoming, organized & helpful. They also brought any drinks you required to the table this is the first all-inclusive hotel where they would bring a large bottle of soft drink and allow you to take it out of the restaurant, so kudos for that. Housekeeping Our room was immaculate when we took it over and it was cleaned every day with fresh brew kit and towels put in the room. Lovely and very friendly, helpful staff. 1 and 2 bedroom family rooms are available at a supplement. This comfortable and spacious hotel has good guest facilities including a rooftop pool (closed in April) and sun terrace. Always had good service from Mercury Holidays and so far have experienced no problems when travelling. Go to the indoor pool below. The restaurant of a weekend is ridiculously busy. Large clean bars with comfortable seating. We would certainly use it again as it constituted great value for money and I think that in season this hotel would be even better than it was whilst we were staying there.

Dogs sitting right next to the food. I am currently staying at the Soreda Hotel, I have been a regular visitor to this hotel for over eight years some times twice a year on arrival we have discovered that the hotel is now Dog friendly, I have no objections to dogs but when they are in the dinning room standing on the table, sitting on the owner's knees at the table being hand fed and food scater around the floor not to mention the barking, numerous complaints have been made and not just by myself. The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much bother. Well managed hotel, good for all inclusive package at reasonable cost. We found all the staff both hotel and your own very professional, as well as the ancillary services. The roof area is on various levels and offers a lot of space. Very good breakfast with wide choice. Prices in the calendar are based on the cheapest room(s) available and your search criteria. Good entertainment every night. The waitresses will never be able to keep up with people coming and going if they didn't seat you themselves. Single traveller but found guests and staff both friendly and approachable. Will continually use mercury direct as every step of our holiday was perfect.

This just showed us that they were very customer focused, so we began to realise that this maybe wasnt too bad a place to spend a week. There is also a bar on the roof, so I can see it being a terrific place to sit during the better weather. Please note the wellness center is available at extra costs. The pool is unsupervised by the hotel. Gym staff really helpful. It definitely was something to keep you entertained, but the hotel management could certainly do with varying their acts. * At a fee unless staying on All-Inclusive. Indoor pool and gym really enjoyable. There was little that would be done about this. This hotel is not the place to be. The Bayleaf Restaurant is open for guests of the Soreda Hotel, and offers themed Maltese nights, daily buffets for breakfast, lunch and dinner, Saturday dinner dances and sumptuous Sunday lunches. Room We were initially more than happy with our original room. With long queues in the restaurant. Especially if you are on the 3rd 4th or 5th Floor. The rooms were much better than I anticipated and the cleaners did a marvelous job. The whole experience, including the flights and transfers couldn't have been better. Travelled alone and would definitely recommend and use Mercury Holidays for my next holiday, First class service. The restaurant area is very unclean with the amount of dogs. The indoor pool and jacuzzi were a great advantage in poor weather in January, and we enjoyed an excellent massage given by a lovely expat Brit. Good choice of food.
