Thank you. The new addition (the bar and seating outside) are a welcome sight,especially when we have come back from cycling around the Cotswolds during the day. When guests stay at the property they check out how quiet the room is, how friendly the staff are and more. Bathrooms a little tired. The location is excellent just 5 mins walk to Bourton village centre with lots of pubs, cafes and take always available. We had a very friendly welcome from the owners, room was clean and comfortable, a good choice of breakfast and to top it all the hotel is in a great location away from the crowds that are attracted to Bourton On The Water. The hotel is nice and close to the centre of Bourton so we were able to walk to all the attractions and evening meals with lots of choices ( we booked tables the week before coming ) . The this guest house is 8 minutes' walk of St Lawrence's Church. The hotel was lovely and in a perfect location- very central but very quiet. Enjoyed our stay.would have liked another night.

On my way home the owner rang to say id left my purse behind and is going to forward it on which is very kind Thank you very much for a lovley stay if we go back that way we will definatly stay again . A short break with my daughter, found this little gem. We were made to feel very welcome. Clean and tidy everything we required for our stay. We were given directions for the center of Bourton on the Water which was less than 10 minutes walkway from the hotel.
Well done Broadlands. Room was lovely and clean. The accommodation comprises 12 rooms with TV set as well as ironing facilities. WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. The food was outstanding and great value for money. Tea and coffee making facilities. Stayed for 5 nights; room was of a decent size with plenty of storage, towels were thick and very soft. Hi the only thing I can say about our stay in the family room were the stairs were very steep, my 4 yo fell down them twice so not ideal for young children to have them sleeping upstairs. Thank you. Breakfast was first class. Excellent location. Chester House Hotel bus station is located 5 minutes away from Broadlands Guest House on foot. We have just had a lovely relaxing break at Broadlands. Bourton on the water was lovely we had great weather (which helps)and would definitely return again to Broadlands We had a brilliant stay at the Broadlands, Perfect location for the High Street. Would definitely stay here again!

Thanks for a great stay It was a wonderful stay in a beautiful part of England. Would certainly book again for a short stay at Bourton on the Water. We are situated in a very quiet and private street that is within a few minutes walk of the village which has a good choice of restaurants and shops as well as other attractions. Also good base to visit the amazing Batsford arborteum, with a family friendly trail map. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment. Such a wonderful place to stay. We loved our three night stay ! It was very clean. * WiFi is available in all areas and is free of charge. Room was very nice clean and well kept. Bardzo cicho i blisko do centrum. Although it was busy you were never felt neglected. This was our first visit to the Cotswolds and we couldnt have found anywhere better to stay.

We would not hesitate to stay here again. Friendly / welcoming staff We had a room in the annex which was great for my friend who has mobility issues. The food was lovely and the room was comfortable and in such a great location. Bourton-on-the-Water was recently rated as one of the prettiest villages in England, also referred to as the 'Venice of the Cotswolds'. Even went to the trouble of putting a tv in the lounge so that we could watch the England game!! Our daughter will be with us and we are happy to share a room as only staying 2 nights. Yes we have vegetarian sausage, we have cerials, yoghurt and egg options. Broadlands Hotel lies within 22 miles of Gloucestershire airport. Bed was really comfy. Loved this hotel just a minute stroll to the Main Street in Burton on the Water . What is the nearest airport to Broadlands Hotel? ???? Kingham Train Station is approximately 5.7 miles from the Broadlands Hotel or around a 23 minute drive. Our stay at Broadlands was wonderful. Family room that sleeps 2 adults and up to 2 children over the age of 10 only, upstairts on a mezzanine floor. We did the tour of Hawkstone brewery which we would definitely recommend. We stayed in a family room which was self contained with its own entrance so we could easily come and go without disturbing anyone. Also pets are not allowed which is good for allergy sufferers. Upstairs room was comfortable, only slight inconvenience is lack of sockets, but this does not distract from the overall enjoyable stay. Would like 2 knives at breakfast so that you don't have to use your fried breakfast knife for toast and marmalade. Hotel was clean and very friendly. Friendly and welcoming with a excellent breakfast. There was a bar in the main part of the hotel which was very handy as the small town was busy and hard to get a seat anywhere.
